A Buckingham Year In Review

Buckingham Coatings have completed many of things this year. We wanted to take the time to go through some of our biggest projects this year and show you what you have made possible for us!

Let’s take a look…

This year has been a strange year for everyone, 2020 has thrown obstacles at individuals and businesses throughout the whole year. However this has not stopped us at Buckingham Coatings from completing some exceptional jobs and overcoming some difficult challenges we have been faced with on projects. So before we turn our backs on these past couple months let’s have a look back at some of the projects we have completed.

Primary School

One of the first projects of 2020 that we completed was a Primary School in a British Overseas Territory ; this project was a panel repair to various damaged areas. For this project we performed a cladding panel repair and respray, leaving the cladding looking wonderful and some very happy clients!

NHS Barnsley

We also completed a project for the NHS in Barnsley over at their blood and transfusion unit, this was a panel repair project meaning that we had to supply and use antibacterial paint for the clients comfort. This project began in February 2020 and went onto March overall lasting for up to 3 weeks!

JCB Cambridge

Another project we completed was a cladding repair for JCB over in Cambridge, this project lasted for 2 days. As a part of this project we included a RAL colour match to ensure all repairs were not noticeable and that the cladding looked as good as new. For the cladding repair we had to fill in a dent ensuring it was all covered correctly, this project required 2 operatives.

British Ceramic Tiling

Our final and one of our most recent projects was British Ceramic Tiling which took place in Newton Abbot, for this project we had 2 operatives working for 5 days. This was completing a cladding repair and respray for our client, however this project was a challenge due to having to remove filler from a previous company attempting to repair the damage but being unsuccessful in doing so. Therefore we had to correct the further damage and go on to repair the original damage in the cladding. Our operatives performed an on site RAL colour match leaving the cladding looking as good as new.
