Buckingham have recently completed a cladding repair project for JCB in Cambridge, this project was carried out over the course of two days and required a RAL colour match to be performed to ensure top quality results. We had to repair a dent and ensure it was filled in correctly to ensure no noticeable damage was left untouched.
Commencement date: August 2020
Completion date: August 2020
Labour: Two operatives for two days
Scope of Works
Day one pulling out cladding dent.
Day two filling and spraying.
Using colour RAL9010.
On-site Colour Matching
We performed an on site colour match to ensure that the colour was perfect and the same as the current doors, we wanted all repairs to be able to make it look like there was never any damage there in the first place. We colour matched to the colour RAL9010 which was absolutely perfect.
Fixing the dent and ensuring realigned correctly
It took two operatives two days to complete this project, on the first day we assessed the dent and ensured that it can be pulled out safely and without causing further damage to either of the doors. We then proceeded to pull out the dent of the door and had to ensure that they were realigned correctly and properly. We didn’t want to pull out the dent and cause further damage to the door increasing the size of the dent and the amount of damage that was caused.
A cost-effective alternative to replacing cladding panels
We were able to fix and perfect these two dented doors and bring them back to perfect, with filling in the dents and spraying over it to hide where got filled in, this made any damage unnoticeable and look as good as new.
