Method & Special Requirements
Client contacted us as they were expecting an audit of their building, there were several areas of damage that needed some work, following our surveyors site visit we assessed several areas that needed to be looked attention, building had several areas that required some attention, we recommend a full clean down so we could fully assess the condition of the cladding and give the customer a more realistic idea around what needed to be repaired and resprayed on site..
On Site Panel Repair and Spray
Following the clean down customer was delighted that many of the areas had returned to their original condition with just a thorough clean, this meant that not as many areas needed to be repaired and that minimised the customers cost.
We were aware that as a car dealership there would be cars in and around the area of work and therefore we ensured that every precaution was taken to avoid overspray which could have been a very serious issue for our customer.
The project to fix a panel
We still had a variety of different areas to be repaired including scratches on main entrance doorway, side entrance doors and curtain walling, high level gutter around front and side elevations and recoated.
The works on the gutter were at a high level and required the use of a cherry picker to complete, not an issue for us as our staff have the necessary IPAF tickets to work off of this machinery.
We complete the works within the timescale and budget agreed with the customer and the customer was very happy with the results.
