This panel was severely damaged when is was struck by a vehicle.
Free site visit to assess the works
Buckingham Coatings was contacted by our client to gauge whether a damaged panel on their building could be repaired. Due to the nature of the damaged cladding, the client was unsure whether it could be repaired so we arranged a free site visit to assess the damage on site.
Following our on-site assessment, we discussed the scope of works with our team and established that we would be able to repair the damage. We were then able to assure the client that it would be possible.
Business as usual: Cladding repair and respray works from 9 – 5
The store remained open while the cladding panel repairs were implemented which meant we had to plan our works to ensure minimal disruption to staff and customers.
Cladding coating with protection from over-spray
Following completion of all of the panel repairs, our operatives protected areas from overspray around the cladding. This is always an important step but particular care was needed on this job to ensure we protected the client’s delivery vehicles.
Cladding coating in requested RAL colour
Once the affected areas of cladding had the scratches and dents filled and primed, they were coated in RAL9010 “White” colour by our paint spraying operatives.
