Repairing and Respraying damaged cladding
When completing this project we had to perform our colour matching service to ensure that we had the right colour being put on to the building for them to blend in perfectly and leave no marks that wold show where the damaged areas were. When completing the respray we used RAL7038, however to ensure we had top quality results, to do this we decided the colour required tinting on site so that it would match to the existing cladding panels that are already installed on to the building.
Performing work on site at a school means that we were on a restricted deadline and with the job being extremely urgent we wanted to perform top ability despite the given time being massively restricted. Finishing this project with minimal mess and disturbance to the grounds (completed when grounds were empty) was a key thing we wanted to maintain through out the whole work process. Understanding why the client wanted the job completed urgently was crucial as with the cladding having various holes and damaged areas they wanted to take the first opportunity to avoid further damaging expanding on the cladding.
